Level 1-2 is rough: Urgot just autos you for his shotgun-leg passive (Echoing Flames, percent-max-HP physical) and Qs (Corrosive Charge) to slow you in place, and you only have Leap Strike and no Counter Strike yet to answer. Do not greed a Q-into-Empower trade while his legs are firing, you lose the percent-HP race. Last-hit at the tip of Leap Strike, dodge his E (Disdain) flip so he can't drag you into his legs and tower, and wait for 3. The moment Counter Strike is up, hold it for his autos and especially his W-Purge channel: dodging that auto-storm and recasting to stun him is your only real early contest.
