Level 1 is the one window you don't own: with no Counter Strike you can't punish his autos, and any poke you do land gets Bloodlusted back once he has Fury — so don't auto-walk for a trade, just farm. It flips hard at 2-3. Level 2 Empower gives you a real burst trade, and at 3 Counter Strike comes online and becomes the entire lane: hold E through his auto or Spinning-Slash commit so the dodge eats his crits, then recast to stun him mid-spin. That stun is your only hard interrupt on his DPS, so save it — bait his Spinning Slash, and the moment that dash is down, Empower-Leap onto him so he has nothing to kite the stun with.
