To report abuse, a policy violation, content concerns, or a suspected security vulnerability, email abuse@matchupcoach.gg with a description and any relevant details (URLs, screenshots, timestamps). We review abuse and security reports promptly and prioritize anything affecting user safety or account security. Please do not publicly disclose a security issue before we've had a chance to address it.
We aim to respond to support and privacy requests within 2–3 business days, and to acknowledge abuse or security reports as quickly as possible. Response times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
