This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases on MatchupCoach.gg. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Summary: MatchupCoach sells digital content and access that is delivered immediately. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly granted below. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time to stop future billing.
All MatchupCoach plans provide instant access to digital content (guides, tools, and analysis). By purchasing and accessing this content, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the sale is final and non-refundable.
The Lifetime Member plan is a one-time, final-sale purchase. Because it grants immediate, ongoing access for the lifetime of the Service (as defined in the Terms), Lifetime Member purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any non-waivable right you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable consumer-protection legislation, including any statutory cooling-off, cancellation, or refund rights that apply to your purchase. Where such a right applies and you qualify, we will honor it.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact support@matchupcoach.gg within 30 days. We will review and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we want to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or disputing a charge for content you accessed, may be treated as chargeback abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, to contest invalid disputes with evidence of access, and to refuse future service.
Where a refund is available under this Policy or by law, email support@matchupcoach.gg with your account username and the approximate date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
