What happens when you cancel: nothing is charged again. You keep full access until the end of your free trial or the period you already paid for — the end of the month on monthly plans, the end of the year on the annual plan. If you cancel during a free trial, you are never charged.
Changed your mind? You can undo the cancellation from your Account page any time before your access ends. Your plan then carries on as before.
No partial-period refunds except as described in the Refund Policy (your first-ever payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee; after a free trial, that is the first charge when the trial ends).
Your Account page also opens the secure billing portal run by our payment processor, Stripe. Use it to update your card or download past invoices.
If your Account page doesn’t show a “Cancel subscription” button (for example on a legacy plan), open the billing portal from your Account page or email us — see below.
Email support@matchupcoach.gg from the address on your account with the word “cancel” — we’ll cancel it for you, same effect, no questions.
