Level 1 is the only spot she beats you: she has Inner Flame (Q), a long-range poke that explodes on you, and you have only Leap Strike with no Counter Strike to dodge anything, so last-hit at range and refuse the trade. The flip comes at 3. Once Counter Strike is up, Leap Strike onto her, hold E through her auto and any Inner Flame, then recast for the stun and chunk her. The one thing to respect is Focused Resolve (W): if she lands it and you don't break the tether, it roots you in the open, so leap only when her W is down or break line of sight to snap the tether.
