Sylas does nearly all his damage with spells, not autos, so Counter Strike's dodge does less than usual here — but the stun still lands, and that's what matters. The trap: he has to E1-dash into range to Q-poke you, and after that dash (or once his E2 chain is on cooldown) he's stuck in your face. Eat the first Q, pop Counter Strike to stun, and answer with Leap Strike into an Empowered auto. At level 1 you both just farm; from 2-3 your full combo out-bursts his single-rank Q before his drain matters.
