Singed has no ranged poke, so levels 2-3 are yours — your passive second shot and Q (Avengerang) chip him every time he steps into melee to last-hit, and with no way to shoot back he just has to eat it. Two catches: his W fling is a displacement, so respect that he can flip you back into the gas if you over-step, and he'll often proxy the wave behind your tower instead of standing in lane, leaving you poking empty space. Don't chase him into the poison trail for a Q — last-hit, hold your E (Heroic Swing) as your out, and play the lane on your terms.
