At level 3 the real threat arrives: Mega Adhesive grounds, and Heroic Swing is a grapple, so a man standing in your goo cannot swing anywhere. If he steps past the wave to poke, glue his feet and Fling him back into the adhesive — landing in it roots him and the poison does the rest. Punish a clear mistake, not a guessed position.
