Sejuani is the one immobile tank you do NOT get to free-kite. At Level 1 she's slow and you can chip her with Q, but once she has Arctic Assault (E) she dashes in, and every auto and Winter's Wrath (W) stacks Frost on you — at full stacks she shatters Permafrost for a stun, so your range stops mattering. The dash is a skillshot, so sidestep it; throw Q from max distance and never walk up to auto-trade into a shatter. Keep terrain behind you so your Heroic Swing always has an exit. Your one real edge is Level 3: with E up you can swing-poke her before her stun is reliably online.
