Neeko has no escape and only a slow single-target Tangle-Barbs this early, so I own the range war — auto, fire my passive's second shot, and throw Q from max range where her poke can't answer. The one thing that flips it is her E root: if it lands I eat a full combo, so I weave my movement and never walk in a straight line at her. At 3 my E swing gives me a poke-and-bail tool she has no answer to, and my passive third-hit shield cushions any return trade.
