Rumble has no dash and his Flamespitter does weak damage while un-heated, so levels 1-3 are the only part of this lane that's yours. Throw Q at the tip of its range, cancel your passive's second shot to grab the move speed, and chip him before he banks heat or finishes his W shield. Do NOT stand in his Flamespitter cone trying to all-in — it's sustained DPS that out-trades you the longer you sit in it, and it ramps as his heat climbs. Respect his E harpoon: it slows you and is his engage setup, so bait or sidestep it before you ever commit a Heroic Swing.
