Renekton owns these levels and you have to respect it. Once he has fury he can E in, W-stun you (Ruthless Predator is his lock, not point-and-click — he has to reach you with the dash), and fury-Q to heal off the trade while he chunks you, all before your E can swing you out. Don't contest autos at level 1-2; last-hit at the tip of your Q (Avengerang) and only fire your passive second-shot when his fury bar is empty and his E dash is on cooldown. When his fury's gone he's a melee with no stun and no gap-closer — that's your only safe window to throw Q.
