The moment you have E (Tangle-Barbs) plus Q at Level 3, you get your first real window: root him from max distance so the duration scales up, then drop Blooming Burst so it re-blooms on a stationary target he can't out-heal. Don't throw E into nothing — if he reads it and walks in with W speed, you've handed him the trade.
