Cassiopeia has no dash and no real escape early, which is exactly what your E (Tangle-Barbs) wants — a slow, melee-range-bound target you can root. Level 1 you have no combo so don't walk into her Noxious Blast Q poison for nothing; farm with the edge of your Q. By Level 3 you have E + Q: poke her when her Q is on cooldown, and if she over-extends to last-hit, root her and re-bloom Q on top. The thing to dodge is her W (Miasma) — that grounded cloud cancels your W repositioning, so never sit in it while you're trying to bait skillshots.
