Level 1 I concede — one ability, no poison stacking yet, and her Blooming Burst chunks me if I step up to last-hit. My one window is level 2-3: if I sidestep her E and hold W (Miasma) to slow her, I can Q-prime and chain Twin Fang while her root is down. But if that root lands first I eat the full combo and lose the trade. Dodging E is the whole early game for me.
