Level 1 is a coinflip — you only have single-target Q (Blooming Burst) and she has her Q poke, so trade last-hits and don't throw E (Tangle-Barbs) at a target who can just E-blink it. Level 2 give yourself a second Q point for waveclear, and from Level 3 you have the root: when she steps up to poke, E her, let the bounce or the lane minions raise the root duration, and re-bloom Q on top — your detonation out-damages her single Q pulse. Never E into open space; she will blink it and punish your cooldowns.
