Levels 1-3 are yours and you have to cash them. Take Cannon Q at 1 and out-range a Fury-starved Tryndamere on every last-hit, then at 2-3 fire the full accelerated Shock Blast through Acceleration Gate and swap to Mercury Cannon so the first hit shreds his Armor and MR - chunk him hard every time he walks up to farm. His crit chance is still low and his Spinning Slash isn't worth respecting as a gap-close yet, so there is little he can do back. Push for plates and a health lead now; this chip is the whole reason the lane is even and not lost.
