Level 1 is the only window she touches you — Blooming Burst (Q) poke and its second bloom chunk you before you have Counter Strike, and your E dodges her autos but NOT her abilities, so don't try to E her poke. Last-hit safely and respect Tangle-Barbs (E): it's a line root through minions, and if it lands you're held in place for her full Q combo. From level 2 take W and the lane flips — Leap Strike in, Empower the landing hit, and once you hit 3 your Counter Strike stun punishes any time she steps up to poke. She's squishy with no escape, so the second you're on her she's in trouble.
