Level 1 is the only dangerous beat: Nautilus can land a Dredge Line hook and his Staggering Blow passive roots you on his first auto, so don't walk into hook range for a CS before you have Counter Strike to answer. Once you hit 2, Empower the landing hit of Leap Strike for a sharp burst trade he can't dash out of. At 3 the lane tilts your way — hold E through his root-auto and his Riptide, then recast to stun; he walks up to auto into a dodge window and has no mobility to disengage your follow-up.
