At level 1 your Q charge is dangerously readable — Vayne sidesteps it with Tumble before the knockup lands, so don't open with a raw charge into her. Instead farm at Q tip range and let her push into you; she has no kill threat at level 1 either. At level 2 your W-shield changes the math: step forward, pop the shield pre-emptively to absorb the Silver Bolts proc she's been fishing for, and throw a short-range E-slow to discourage her from stacking the third bolt.
