Trundle has no dash and no ranged poke, so levels 1-3 are about abusing that — open with Q from range to last-hit, then once you have your Q+E chain you stack the sweetspot, drop a Swirlseed (E) slow on him, and chip with Dream Dust while your movement speed keeps you out of his bite (Q) range. Never walk into his Pillar of Filth (E) — if he walls you against terrain his W move-speed zone lets him close and bite, and a single connected Q chunks you and steals your AD. Bait the pillar, kite around it, and keep him eating burn.
