Swain owns the early levels and you have to accept it. His Q (Death's Hand) out-ranges and out-damages anything you can do with Null Sphere, and a landed E (Nevermove) root sets up a free Q+W combo, so every time you step up to last-hit you risk eating the full burst with no way to disengage. Use Null Sphere's shield only to soak a hit if you're forced into it, and otherwise farm at max range. Do not flash or burn anything chasing a kill here — pre-6 you have no all-in and no escape.
