Her Q (Blooming Burst) bounces off your caster minions for free poke, and her W (Shapesplitter) lets her disguise as a minion or ally so you often can't tell where the real Neeko is standing. You have only Null Sphere and no mana sustain yet, so do not trade — last-hit at max range, eat the chip, and save your Q shield to soak a poke instance rather than start a fight. The thing that ends you here is her E (Tangle-Barbs): if she roots you at level 2-3 you have no Riftwalk to blink out, and you die before the fight starts.
