Nasus wants to ignore you and stack Siphoning Strike — and early he can. You have only Null Sphere at level 1 with no escape, your Q is mana-hungry and short-ranged, and you have no Nether Blade sustain yet, so you lose every all-in at levels 2-3. Don't try to deny his stacks by force; you'll just eat a Wither-locked Q trade. Last-hit at max Q range and accept that he stacks. One thing to know going in: his Siphoning Strike is PHYSICAL, so your Void Stone magic reduction and Q shield (which absorbs magic) do nothing against his Q hits — your only real mitigation early is distance and not feeding a kill on top of the stacks.
