Singed taxes the opening. His poison trail makes every last-hit a chip of magic damage, and his Fling can flip you over him into the trail before you have Riftwalk to escape — and you have no real answer to that pre-6. Don't walk through the trail to Q him or trade autos in the gas; your Null Sphere shield won't out-value standing in poison. Last-hit with Q, take the chip, and accept you're conceding tempo this phase. The saving grace: his poison is magic damage and Void Stone already eats 15% of it, so it stings far less for you than it does for most laners — you're never in real kill danger, just farm danger.
