At level 2, the moment Fling is up, look for him to step forward for a last-hit: drop Mega Adhesive to root him in the cloud, Fling him back toward your tower, then keep running so the poison ticks all the way. He cannot all-in you, cannot escape a Fling at this stage, and cannot sustain through repeated run-pasts the way a real early laner can.
