Cho'Gath owns levels 1-3 outright and you have to respect it completely. His Q Rupture is a delayed ground-target knockup that sets up his W, Feral Scream — a cone that silences you, and that silence is uniquely lethal because it locks out Null Sphere, your only trade tool and your only interrupt this early. Your Q is single-target, short-ranged and brutally mana-hungry before you have points and a Nether Blade refund, so you cannot afford to poke back. Hug the wave, last-hit at max range to stay outside Rupture's telegraph, and bait the Q cooldown before you ever step up for a CS you're not sure of.
