Vayne owns the first few levels and you have to respect it. Her Tumble (Q) sets up a free auto and her Silver Bolts (W) third hit chunks you, and worse, she can shoot your Powder Kegs (E) to pop them before they're armed since fresh barrels have low HP. Don't place kegs where she can free-hit them, stay out of her auto range, and last-hit with the tip of Parrrley (Q) when melee isn't safe. You have no real trade pattern until you stack ability points, so just survive and keep your barrel charges banked.
