Levels 1-3 are his. You have no waveclear and your barrels arm slowly on long cooldowns, so he simply walks up and free-hits a keg to pop it before you ever land the Parrrley detonation. Don't try to trade through his spin — a Fury-charged Tryndamere out-DPSes your autos, and his E (Spinning Slash) gap-close means you can't poke and run. Hold W (Remove Scurvy) for when he commits E into a Mocking Shout slow; cleansing the slow and healing the spin chunk is your only real out this early. Farm with the tip of Parrrley and concede some CS rather than feeding an early kill.
