Levels 1-3 are his, full stop — I have no real waveclear, my single keg has a long early cooldown and low HP that he just free-hits off the wall, and his empowered W (Ruthless Predator) stun plus his Slice-and-Dice dash let him point-click chunk me every time I step up to last-hit. Don't try to trade here; place the keg tight to the wave so he can't pop it for free, take only the CS I can reach safely, and hold W (Remove Scurvy) for the empowered-W stun, not his Q slow. Accept I'm a bit behind on the map and just don't feed his fury bar.
