Karma will try to chip you with Inner Flame (Q) the second you walk up, but it's one skillshot on a real cooldown and that single poke can't beat your Vital sustain. Sidestep the Q, last-hit at Lunge range, and the moment you have E (Bladework) at level 3 you can commit: Lunge in, first auto slows her, second crits the marked Vital — she has no dash and no second poke ready to punish you. Her only safety is E move speed, which doesn't save her once you're on top of her.
