Heimer's whole plan is to never let you touch him. His H-28G turrets stack on the wave and your Q (Lunge) only dashes to the first enemy in range — that's a turret, not him — so you eat the turret beams and his W rocket poke for nothing. At Level 1, before any turret is placed, you can walk up and Q-Vital him for a real chunk; that is your cleanest poke of the lane. After that, stop dashing into the turret field — last-hit at range, hold your W (Riposte) for his E stun grenade, and accept you're losing the CS race for now.
