Levels 1-3 are yours and you should press them — his E (Counter Strike) is the entire matchup and it isn't even leveled at 1, so your Q-Vital poke and your level-2 E (Bladework) slow-then-crit land clean. Mark his side, Q in to proc the Vital, and back out before his point-blank Q-W burst can answer. One thing to respect: don't waste Riposte (W) on chip here — you want it saved, and at these levels he has no big cast worth parrying anyway.
