Levels 1-3 are your window. Mark a Vital with Duelist's Dance and pop it with Q (Lunge) for the true-damage chunk, heal and move-speed burst, then disengage before she can land her slow Q-slam at melee. The real threat is Test of Spirit (E): if she tethers your spirit, her tentacles slam the spirit and that damage is transferred to you, so you either sprint out of her tentacle range or hold W (Riposte) to parry the E and blank the transfer (note it returns a slow here, not a stun — her abilities aren't hard CC). Do not stand in her tentacles to trade; chip from the Vital side and back out.
