Play the wave at maximum Q range, drop W immediately if she Q-dashes in, and never chase her third Q because her W stun is waiting at the end of it. Your goal at levels 1-3 is to not die and to land one clean Pillar of Ice when she overextends off the third dash — the terrain cuts her escape route and is the only way you win a trade early.
