Do not step into his E range without a clear answer. Instead auto-space just outside his pull distance and use Q Chomp on the rare occasions he overextends, banking the Attack Damage steal before he can activate the bleed cycle. If he lands the E, immediately drop Frozen Domain underneath yourself — the movement speed lets you walk out of his follow-up Q range before the fifth stack of Hemorrhage applies, and King's Tribute healing from dying minions starts recovering the chip damage before you hit tower.
