How to win lane as Trundle against Camille · 51.14% win rate over 176 Emerald+ games · Updated 2026-07-27
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Even / skill | Neither champion has their mobility tool yet — Chomp's AS steal and King's Tribute healing match Camille's raw damage output evenly at one point. |
| Level 2 | Even / skill | Camille picks up W or E at level 2 and can now contest trade length; without her hookshot angle established, the lane stays neutral but her toolkit is already pulling ahead. |
| Level 3 | Camille | Camille's Q true-damage proc and W cone are online together — she can burn through your armor and exit with E before Frozen Domain's healing negates the damage. |
| Levels 4-5 | Camille | Her E hookshot charges frequently at these levels and lets her dictate approach angle, stunning you before your W zone is active and trading on her terms every time. |
| Level 6 | Camille | Camille owns the sustained trade before Subjugate exists — she short-trades with E in, W cone, E out and your regen never gets a full cycle to matter. |
| First item | Even / skill | Level 6 makes it a coin flip: Camille's R isolates you but strips the wall from her E, and your Subjugate drains her resists the instant she commits — whoever lands their full pattern first wins. |
| Two+ items | Trundle | Trinity Force Spellblade procs off every Chomp and your Subjugate resist-drain now tilts every extended duel your way; Camille's dueling window closes and you own the side lane. |
At level 1, mirror the aggression — Q Chomp on her first auto attempt steals a sliver of her AD and heals you off the wave. She has no mobility yet so the symmetry is honest: neither of you has the tools to all-in. At level 2 she gets W or E and suddenly she can control trade length; if she gets E first, respect the hookshot angle and bait it by standing near a wall she would want to dash to. At level 3 she has her full short-trade kit and true-damage proc, which punches through armor — do not let her fire Q twice in one trade. The winning pattern is W down before she commits, Chomp the moment she steps in, and Pillar behind her when she tries to disengage; but if she E-stuns you into her W cone from outside your domain, she wins that exchange cleanly. Play patient and take only the trades where she has already spent E.
