At level 1 you have Q and nothing else — farm cleanly at max chain range and do not step into Fling range for any reason. He has no kill pressure either, so the level is a genuine standoff. At level 2 he gains Fling and immediately becomes dangerous: his pattern is to juke you into Mega Adhesive then Fling you backward into the full poison trail, and your E2 hook is too slow to land on a moving Singed before it happens. Respect the threat hard — use Q Chain Lash only from outside Fling range and accept that you cannot punish a Singed who plays the distance correctly in these first three levels. The lane is not yours to win early; your job is to survive it intact.
