His Q (Cull the Meek) lets him dash through you for healing and fury generation, and once he hits 50 fury his empowered W (Ruthless Predator) delivers a 1.5-second stun that will burn through your Soul Furnace shield and take a serious chunk of HP. Do NOT charge your Q in the open at level 1 — the telegraph is too long and he will dash through you with Q before the slam connects. Start W, absorb one trade safely with the shield, and accept the lane is his until you have more levels. At level 3, you can begin to fight back: charge your Q behind the wave or from brush angles, force him to either eat the knockup or dash forward — if he dashes in, cancel the charge and activate your W shield to eat his combo, then re-engage immediately when his fury is spent.
