Level 3 is your first real window — E onto him to apply Flux, immediately W-root (Sanguine Pool has a 28-second cooldown at rank 1 and he won't always have it), then empowered Q into Flux-marked target for the bounce cascade. If he pools your W, stop the combo immediately and disengage: your empowered Q will whiff and you've spent your mana for nothing.
