She Q-Lunges onto your Vital before you even have the E-Q-W loop online, and Bladework (E) crits into the mark for max-HP true damage that your cloth-armor start cannot absorb. Your only tools are W (Rune Prison) and a single Q; the problem is Fiora holds her Riposte (W) specifically for your root — if she parries the W she gets a stun and a free all-in. At level 2 you gain W and the threat becomes real, but the threat only works if she hasn't banked Riposte already. At level 3 the full E-Q-W loop is online but she has Grand Challenge coming at 6; this window is about denying her Vital procs by standing near terrain so she can't circle freely, not about trading aggressively.
