Jax can't catch you at levels 1-2, so abuse it — your range and Harrier auto-resets let you auto, leap in with the Harrier proc, and walk out before his Q-W can land. The key tool all lane is Blinding Assault (Q): time it on his auto windup, because Jax leans on basic attacks even inside E, and the blind makes those autos whiff. Don't dump Q at max range where he just walks through it — hold it for when he commits a gap-close.
