Levels 1-3 are Gnar's. His boomerang (Q) out-ranges my Blooming Burst (Q) and comes back for a second hit, and his hop (E) lets him reposition out of any Tangle-Barbs (E) I telegraph, so I'm chipped down while my one root keeps whiffing on a moving target. Do NOT throw E as an opener here — he hops on reaction and I eat a free boomerang return. I farm with the tip of my Q, soak his poke, and only hold E to punish a hop that lands on top of me. Never walk up to CS into his auto plus boomerang range.
