Levels 2-3 are the only window where you actually have the edge: complete W (Twisted Advance) into Q (Bramble Smash) and proc Sap Magic on the way out, and you out-trade an Ornn who only has one or two points and no Brittle stacked yet. Do not throw Q into his E pillar setup — if he lands W to apply Brittle then knocks you into the pillar, you eat far more than your heal returns. Use the level 1 to dodge his early W and set up your sapling, because his point-and-click Brittle is the thing that turns this from a tank attrition you'd win into one you lose.
