Levels 1-3 are Lucian's, plain and simple. He has a single ability at level 1 and so do I, but his passive double-shot and Q/W poke out-range my W (Twisted Advance), so I can't punch back until my combo is online. Don't walk into the wave to last-hit and eat free double-shots — soak with E (Sapling Toss) on the minions and accept some chip. The one thing I can punish: if he steps up to CS without his E dash available, W-root him, Q-knockback, and proc Sap Magic to heal what I lost. But if he holds E, he just dashes the root and re-kites, so don't burn W on a whiff.
