At Level 2 your Q + Lightslinger double-tap chunks her before Silver Bolts is anywhere near three stacks, and she has no waveclear or trade tool that answers it. Use W to mark her, then weave the empowered shots and E in to stick — she will try to Q tumble to break line of sight, so save your double-shot for after she tumbles. Do not facecheck a stacked Silver Bolt trade for no reason; you win when you pick the timing, not her.
