Neeko has no escape and no point-blank fight at levels 1-3 — this is where you bully. The moment she walks up to last-hit, hit her with Q for the line damage and let Lightslinger fire the double shot; she can't trade that back with just her Q poke. The one thing to respect is her E (Tangle-Barbs): it roots, and if it lands she gets free Q and tower damage on you, so keep moving laterally and save Relentless Pursuit to dash out of it. Don't waste Q on a W clone — if she suddenly looks passive, she may be disguised, so confirm the target before you blow Lightslinger.
