Ornn is exactly the slow, low-range, escape-less target your kit is built to bully — own levels 1-3. Last-hit with Q at range and chip him with the Lightslinger double-shot after every cast; his only answers early are the W brittle-ram and the E pillar, both slow and easy to read.
