Levels 1-3 are yours and you must cash them in — Nasus is a non-threat until his Q is stacked, so step up and Q-poke him every single time he walks to last-hit a minion. Your real weapon is the Lightslinger double-tap: cast Q or W, then auto for two shots, and you out-damage anything a 0-stack Nasus can do back. The one thing to respect is Wither — if he burns it early to land a Q stack on you, kite it out with Ardent Blaze move speed and Relentless Pursuit, then re-engage once it is on cooldown.
